In 2003, Luen Fung produced the first non-electroplating product - DMG Test Solution.

• Invention of the DMG Test Solution
  In Europe, Japan and the USA , the demand for Nickel-Free products have raised greatly. However, many clients cannot detect the presence of Nickel in their products accurately.

As a result, Luen Fung produced the DMG Test Solution. With this product, we can detect the presence of Nickel easily and accurately. This achievement indicates our success in research.

The DMG Test Solution fulfills the EN 12471 "Rubbing Test" of EN 1811 standard.

• Testing Method

1. Add two drops of chemical A and Chemical B on the head of cotton wool stick.
2. Rub the product for 30 seconds.
3. The presence of pale pink or deep pink indicates that the product contain Nickel.
   

Absence of colour indicates absence of nickel.
